Showing at the Moores Building Contemporary Art Gallery until 17th of July is Prime Mover by artist/photographer Catherine Higham.
Prime Mover is an exhibition of paintings and photographs which link human behavior to ecosystems, with focus on water and genetically modified grains.
Catherine is keen to collaborate with a poet to exploring aspects of the themes of water, the body and the environment as part of the Art/text Clearinghouse project. The exhibition features works dealing with water use and landscape patterns derived from European farming practices.
